拍幾下 咳嗽二天就好

 

1、左手伸直,手心朝 上,右手拍左手上手臂

      20 下,再拍下手臂20下;

    stretch your left arm with palm facing up, slap both forearm and arm 20X each part,

2、換右手伸直,手心 朝上,同樣拍;

   reverse and do the same to right arm

3、雙手拍大腿後側20下;

   using both hands to slap both back of thighs and back of legs  20X

4、雙手拍小腿後側20下;

5、雙手拍膝蓋20

         using both hands to slap your knees 20X

 

*  每天早晚各作一次,久年咳嗽也可明顯改

   do it 2X daily, morning and night, you will see that your coughing will gradually gone.
